Cancellation Policy
In case of any discrepancy, Vrij Rani Jewels has the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end may usually include, but not limited to, - limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc.
In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to request additional information from the customer to process their order. We will notify you if any changes occur, such as partial or complete order cancellation, or if any additional data is needed to accept your order.
If you decide to cancel your order before the product is dispatched, we can accommodate the cancellation request. For products that are ready for shipping, upon receiving the cancellation request, we will initiate a refund through the same payment method within 10 working days. We do not accept cancellations post-dispatch. However, please note that for pre-dispatch cancellations, a cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted, and the remaining will be refunded to your account. Please note that all orders for gold coins and silver products are non-cancellable under any circumstances. We don’t accept cancellation for make to order or customised jewellery products.
If in case the amount is deducted from customers account and the transaction for the same has failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours or based on standard SLA of payment processor.
