Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from www.vrijranijewels.in is safe, secure and hassle free. All our packages come with free insurance.


Every product purchased from www.vrijranijewels.in will reach to your doorstep in a tamper-proof packaging. We work in the best-in-class courier partners including Sequel Logistics, BVC, AX Logistics.


Delivery to Identified Person


Customers are required to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, pin code and contact number for safe, secure and hassle-free delivery. When the product arrives at its destination, the recipient will be required to provide one of the following forms of identification in order to collect the product:
• Aadhar card
• Passport
• PAN Card
• Driver’s License
• Voters ID

To make sure that the delivery of the product is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof and only then will the courier agent handover the package to the recipient. During this process, the receiver is requested to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.


Delivery Location:


Orders will exclusively be delivered to the consignee's residential or work location. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street is not permitted.


If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make max. of 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case Consignee / Recipient is still not reachable / available, the courier will be returned to us and we shall either arrange another delivery for the same with additional charges or refund the amount to the customer based on our cancellation and refund policy


Change in Shipping Address:


• Customer can check the status & track their orders by logging into their My Account section of website.
• Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in the non-delivery of the product.
• www.vrijranijewels.in holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.


Shipment Discrepancy


After receiving your order, we advise you to carefully inspect the condition of the product. If you notice any damage to the product, identify a short or over-shipment, or suspect that part of the shipment has been lost, please contact www.vrijranijewels.in Customer Care Department immediately (within 24 hours) by calling +91 9794340999 and sending an official email to care@vrijranijewels.in.


• Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged parcel or product, please contact vrijranijewels.in customer service department within 24 hours by calling at +91 9794340999 and sending an email to care@vrijranijewels.in. Please refrain from damaging or discarding the parcel or product. Once we receive your complaint via email, our investigation team will promptly look into the matter and take necessary actions. However, it is essential to report any incidents within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept responsibility for the damages, and no refund or complaint will be considered.


• Missing Products


We request you to inspect the parcel's condition before accepting it and ensure you report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please contact vrijranijewels.in customer service department by calling +91 9794340999 and sending an email to care@vrijranijewels.in if you encounter any issues. Our investigation team will immediately look into the matter and provide a resolution within 7 working days. If you fail to report any issues within the specified time frame or do not follow the recommended inspection process before accepting the parcel, we will not be able to entertain any complaints.


• Non receipt of an order


Upon dispatch, we will furnish the customer's registered email ID with the tracking ID for their shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment's progress and stay informed about any updates. Once the delivery is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID. If, after receiving our email, the parcel is not physically received, kindly contact our customer service department at +91 9794340999 or send an email to care@vrijranijewels.in within 24 hours.


Our investigation team will promptly address the issue and provide a resolution within 7 working days. However, please be aware that any concerns must be reported within the specified timeframe, as failure to do so will prevent us from addressing any complaints. Moreover, in the event of chargebacks raised to the bank without adhering to the above procedure, we regret that we will be unable to issue refunds to customers.
