If the customer wishes to exchange/sell back any jewellery that is purchased from www.vrijranijewels.in they can do so, by returning the same to www.vrijranijewels.in or our registered address that one can find on our website.
Certain items such as Make to Order orders, Gold Coins, Customised Jewellery orders, and personalised jewellery orders are not eligible for exchange.
The gold rate of www.vrijranijewels.in applicable at the time of exchange will be considered as the benchmark rate.

The buyback policy at www.vrijranijewels.in applies to jewellery, solitaire diamonds, or gold coins, but only after 24 hours from the purchase. To initiate the buyback process, customers need to return the product to Vrij Rani Jewels' registered address, as specified on the website.
Our Buyback policy ensures that customers receive a fair value for their jewellery and solitaire diamonds. The buyback amount will be determined based on the benchmark rate provided on our website.
